Observed gravity data from five states: Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Hungary a Slovak Republic were compiled and unified. Based on these results the map of total Bouguer gravity anomalies was constructed. 2D density lithospheric modeling along transect of the project of CELEBRATION 2000: CEL01. Modeling studies show relatively good agreement between interpretation of gravity field and a seismic model. Large differences in density and seismic characteristics of two colliding plates: European platform and ALCAPA microplate.
